I remember Lenora being very easy with Blitzle. I basically solo'd the whole game with it. The only other pokemon I bothered training was a Litwick that I named after you ;P
 
I don't remember struggling with Lenora too much.
I think I beat her with my Purrloin. It's name was Raine, btw. xDD;;
I'll be getting White tomorrow. Hopefully my next run will be alright.

Hey, BW pretty much forces you on the type advantage thing all the time.

"I know what type to beat the first gym leader with! Here, have a monkey!"

"If you used a Fighting type Pokémon, you could beat Lenora! I wonder where you could find a Fighting type..." *Three different Fighting types are found in the grass patch right next to 'em*

I never noticed that second bit. That's hilarious.
Well, I never really remember using type advantages that much, except for battling Cilan.
You already mentioned it, some random just gives you a hard to find Pokemon. :V

Then the third gym leader uses Bug types, and you conveniently find Darumakka in the next route! And for Elesa, there's Sandile in the same route! For Clay, you find Ducklett on the bridge. For Skyla, you go through a cave swarming with Electric types plus Boldore (which also comes in handy) and Gear (which can learn Electric attacks; remember you fought Elesa earlier). For Brycen, you'll be finding Boldore more common in Twist Mountain or whatever it's called, Litwick in the tower in that one route, and I think a Fighting type or two? Finally, for Iris/Drayden you can find Druddigon right by Dragonspiral, Axew in Mistralton Cave, and quite a few Ice types in Twist Mountain.

THEN you have the E4. Shauntel, meet Deino, conveniently found in Victory Road, and Vullaby, found in the outskirts of Victory Road. Grimsley, meet Mienfoo, also found on Victory Road and earlier. Caitlin, have I told you about Deino yet? Well, there's Durant too. And Marshal... Meet Woobat, your worst nightmare, found in Victory Road.

Quite convenient, I must say. And then you're allowed to add the legendary Dragon to your team right before fighting N and his legendary dragon. /once I get my two Dragons back to White he is GOING DOWN //seriously thinking of getting Zweilous to level 63 for data on White + one level 'til evolving

I've never heard the losing theme o3o I like the general gym leader battle music.

Also, JAMES WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO YOUR VOICE IT SOUNDS WORSE THAN IT DID IN THE VOICE ACTOR CHANGE. /Pokemon DP is on

Also, both Barry and Paul have terrible voices ;; WHYYYYYYYYY.

Yeah, I'm not too fond of Team Rocket's voice these days. I mean, in Best Wishes, when they're meant to sound serious... in the english dub, they still sound like their old regular, goofy selves. :/

Pffffffft creeper Conway.

I know some people hate the new TR, but I honestly like them. It shows that they've finally come to their senses (even though sudden) and can actually make decent villains. I mean, why want a Pikachu that keeps leveling down every new region?
