Forretress@Shed Shell Ability: Sturdy
Relaxed
252 HP / 112 Atk / 144 Def
Toxic Spikes
Gyro Ball
Rapid Spin
Explosion
Standard rapid spinner Forretress, used to get rid of Stealth Rock, which my Dragonite won't like, and lay down Toxic Spikes to annoy my opponent to heck and back.
Dragonite@Life Orb Ability: Inner Focus
Jolly
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Firepunch
Earthquake
I know salamence is better, but Dragonite is a favorite of mine (and I'm sure he's a favorite of many others too!). I've seen this moveset work pretty well with other people. Firepunch is to take care of Skarmory, Bronzong etc after a DD or two.
Scizor@Life Orb Ability: Technician
Adamant
32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Swords Dance
Bullet Punch
Superpower
U-Turn
Physical Sweeper...I'd use this to Bullet Punch any Tyranitars that stand in my way.
Dusknoir@leftovers Ability: Pressure
Impish
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpD
Will-O-Wisp
Fire Punch
ThunderPunch
Pain Split
Special Wall and WOW-er. Also a good way to prevent spike removal! Rest is too risky, so Pain Split will have to do as far as healing goes.
Porygon2@leftovers Ability: Trace
Bold
252 HP / 216 Def / 40 SpA
Discharge
Ice Beam
Recover
Magic Coat
As you may know, this little guy makes an awesome counter for the major offensive threats in the OU. Trace is an awesome ability and it will copy Salamence or Gyarados' Intimidate and using its decent defenses, it will be able to take some hits. Magic Coat is a bunch of fun to use, so I chose it over Twave.
Alakazam@leftovers Ability: Synchronize
Timid
152 HP / 176 SpD / 180 Spe
Substitute
Calm Mind
Focus Blast
Psychic
You know the deal. Sub and Calm Mind as much as possible, then BAM Psychic or Focus Blast combined with Ally's huge Special Attack will take out plenty of Pokemon.
I was thinking of using Dugtrio on this team, but I figured Porygon2 would help more with Salamence.
