Dude, I made one of those already. Just use IrFan View or GIMP and edit the colors of the palette/colormap.

Since I can't access Paint, my Pokemon Sprites or any other things on my desktop, I can't make sprites. So, the shop is closed.
I can access Paint again, so the shop is Open again!
