Ideal Typing would be Dark/Dragon. That would be brilliant. Sorry for not being active as well guys. I'll try to be a bit more active from ow on.

My ideal typing would be a Dragon/Grass type.With levitate. It's only weaknesses would be Dragon and Ice, but unlike all other Dragons (Except Arceus with Draco Plate) it'd be able to learn a Grass attack.

I was thinking something like this could be an evolution of Tropius.

Yeah. It'd be pretty darn strong there, particularly if it was given better offensive stats + speed than Dragonite. Although it'd screw over my favourite non-legendary dragon in competitive play (Dragonite in UU would be awesome), it'd be cool as hell.

Dragon/Grass = UU. More weaknesses(not to mention the common Ice beam and Heracross' Megahorn) and it doesn't remove the dragon's main weaknesses, although it has .25x Electric and .25 Water. If it were the case, it should have a very good movepool.

Welcome ethium! I would like to see a dragon/ice as well that would be interesting. It would only be weak against fire and other dragon moves, and it would have a nice move pool. btw I am writing this from my I-touch lol

It would be rock-weak aswell.

I really think we just need 2 sets of Dragons (non-legendary) in 5th Gen.

I mean, we got 2 in 3rd Gen to make up for only getting Kingdra in 2nd Gen, so we should get 2 in 5th Gen to make up for Garchomp, which is weird.


EDIT: We also need a Dragon-type Eevee-evolution.

Yeah, that'd be extremely awesome. Although Charizard resembles a European Dragon, we need some others. Like a Chinese Dragon (although Salamence is kinda like that, in that it has four legs, a tail, fangs.

Gyarados is more like a Chinese Dragon than that heap of Dragon Dung!

It is one of my most hated Dragons, Salamence, and I will never like it. It is a discrace to Dragons. My Togepi could beat it.

But yes, a Chinese Dragon pokemon would be nice. And make it plain Dragon.

Wait a second.. Salamence is one of the most versatile Dragon Pokemon there is. o_o

It lacks the movepools of other Dragons, which is why it sometimes beaten by Dragonite/Altaria using Ice Beam.

Rayquaza is a actually based on the mythical chinese dragons.

I think a dragon eeveelution would be impossible, since dragons are more of a natural-like state. I mean they must be born with dragon blood to count as a dragon(although Eevees can change their genetic code, it is more like adaptation/natural selection. Leafeon for forests, Vaporeon for seas, etc.)

Because it is slow, can be beaten by almost anything in my PC boxes and looks plain ugly (especially on D/P/Pt). It doesn't have half of the movepool any other dragon has, and I only have one because I am training it for a friend.

Base 100 speed is not slow. EV train it with speed can sometimes outran Flygon, Latios or even Garchomp. Although I kinda agree that it doesn't have a huge movepool.

Yes, but a lot of Pokemon are faster than Salamence, especially those It's weak to. Most Dragons can out run it, and I do not believe for one second that its Sp. Def is good. Mine on Sapphire, got destroyed by Blake's second Pokemon (which wasn't Salamence), and I have never used it since. It cost me the E4 that time.
