Thats Dialga dude , it is a Steel-Dragon Type Pokemon

That would be a good type for Aero , but I feel its crappy . Fighting , Ground , Dragon , Ice , and Steel Weak....

What about Flygon? he is the first (and coolest) ground dragon type.
