Well, Aerodactyl is a flying dinosaur, and that's pretty close to what a dragon is ;) So it could be counting as one.

One question; are Palkia and Dialga dragon type? They really don't look like dragons so I hope not.

Third. You forgot Dragon Rage. Dragonbreath wouldn't be too great either, but its got that freaking godly paralysis rate. -_-

Dragon Breath was great in Emerald, but now, there's a standard and much better special move, Dragon Pulse. Draco Meteor's best, but I have to comment on it's downside. Like Leaf Storm and Overheat.

And Blizzard was bad in Emerald, but since we have now the Hail-Blizz combo.
