English version should be the one to sort out since this site is a English website :)
 
He allready told it, you can't edit the rom, you need to unpack the maps from ROM.

Google's your friend to find them, you can use the NitroExplorer for unpacking.
 
Man sucks that i cant speak French cause i have no idea what to do with this? Like how do i edit the map?
 
The DS can not select the file map editor, you can edit pictures how to teach the next map?
There is not the map editor can not edit the map select the file to extract the files inside the narc to edit the map?
