Duel Masters: Individual Card Discussion

With Jack on the feild you could easily reuse those slayers instead of burning out all your mana on little weak guys that come in a limited quantity. A good blocker and ghost: Gray Balloon shadow of Greed. A descent amount of attack (3000) strength for a descent amount of mana(3). Have four of him in there with jack viper and your set. Don't underestimate him just because most other ghosts are Worse. That's like saying Immortal baron Vorg or Mini Titan Gett are bad because Brawler Zyler happens to be fairly sucky. :\ Four ghosts would be all you need. you don't need a whole danged army of them. :\ I myself have four Grey balloons in my darkness deck, pull one or two at least in every single duel I play with that deck, and make darn good use of them too. Ghosts aren't overrated. you just have to find the right ghost. It seems to me more like they're underrated.

And what the heck is all this CA and Cp garbage? never in all the time I've played duel masters have I heard such terms. It better not be kenny applying Magic to DM again, because I'm not to keen of using terms that belong somewhere else on this. :\

I would prefer to have my ghosts live, since the goal to them would be to get jack on the feild. :\ And on anotehr note, since Jack isn't played often, most people wouldn't see your ghosts as a pertanent threat, as most evos used are from Beast folk, liguid people, gaurdians, and humans.
 
Yep. But my problem now is my chances of drawing him are about the same as my chances of drawing Armoer Balster Valdios in my other deck. :\ I'm going to need another one, plus more of those purple ghosts slayers.

But you need to pick a card. It's already two days into the next week. don't make me ahve to pick one for you. :P

WHAT naysaying? I've never said it wasn't a good card. I'm just saying it belongs in a non-existant standard metagame (control doesn't exist really yet). It's not really naysaying, more like analytical procedures I go through at times.
 
And now you're treating me like I'm inferior. What's up with that? >8( I never said anything about the metagame mattering. To me, all the metagame is is particular cards that see a lot of use due to their usefulness. I myself don't play so much by the metagame.

And that Archtype stuff better not be from your Magic thing again, cause you know how much I hate when you refer to magic in other games.
 
I was meaning I don't feel you understand my position, not saying that you are inferior to me.

Naw. It's a general ruling that I carried over from *pokemon TCG (It's the place where i've found out about why 3/4 copies in a deck is better than just a single copy, for example)* TO all the other TCGs (DM, YGO, M:tG, etc.). Close, but no cigars.
