6th Gen Eevee in Rt 116?

    So Bulbapedia states that you can catch Eevee in Rt 116 but I'm there and my DexNav says that I've caught all Pokémon in that area and Eevee isn't on the list. Has anyone caught one there?
    Help please!!
     
    Eevee can't be caught there until after getting the National Dex, which is obtained after the 8th Gym badge is obtained. In fact, the National Dex opens up new DexNav encounters of non-Hoenn Dex Pokemon in various routes throughout Hoenn.
