    JUMP-EN012 Elemental Hero Stratos
    WIND/Warrior - Effect/4/1800/300
    When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can select and activate 1 of these effects:
    - Destroy Spell or Trap Cards on the field up to the number of "Elemental Hero" and "Destiny Hero" monsters you control (not counting this card).
    - Select and add 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your Deck to your hand.


    *note: let's not talk about its status on the banlist UNTIL a real *confirmed* banlist is out... so far, Manjyome's site got a 'wrong' one, which is a surprise since that site has never got a mistake like this before. The official japanese site didn't update anything yet for the YGO game, so let's wait it out and see if Stratos is really at 2 or not... ok?*

    *note2: originally somehow the card text reads that it can search out Destiny Hero monster from the deck... definitely a typing error by the sitemaster ><, imho*
     
    Ooh, shweetness! I like this card. I've wanted to see it released ever since I read the GX manga. The elemental heros need SOMETHING to do besides fuse with each other every which way. (And, in the case of Flame Wingman, become hermaphrodites due to fusing with Burstinatrix. Eek.)
     
    Nyu, am I the only one who thinks that this card is a wee bit overpowered? Also, the power just doesn't seem very E-heroic to me. I mean, fusing in the most bizarre ways is their thing, searching for new cards isn't, it's the gadgets' thing. Don't get me wrong, it's a good card, I would just have felt better if it had been a bit more thematically consistent. xP

    I wasn't expecting it to be out for a while...

    And, that's not a typo. Spirit Caller's version had that effect as well.

    This will make E-Heros semi competitive. Even though it restricted to one.
     
    It's in Canada too, at least. O.o; I saw it in superstore XD;

    It's stricted to one, lol... back to the e-hero-only deck it goes (and maybe D-hero too to be the unique searcher for Diamond Dude in the DDT combo)

    WOOHOO!!! At DYMOCKS they sell Shonen Jump here in Australia (imported) and I bought a copy of it.

    My copy of Stratos is slightly bent at the bottom though. :(

    I seriously wish it wasn't limited. I would go out to buy three Jumps and build a deck around it. (Yesh, I'm from the luvverly USA so I get to rub it in everybody else's face how I can get an SJ at any bookstore that carries them. *gets mauled by lions*) For once, I'm actually glad to be American.

    Wait...which Tuesday did it come out? PLEASE SAY THIRD.

    Decks don't build around them. They build the decks XD;

    (Really, when it was at 3, just which deck didn't run 3 of it? Even Cyber Dragon never got such powerful influence in deck building)

    No such source to this rumor makes it not too unbelievable...

    But it's definite that the next new card to the TCG is through champion pack 3, and it's Magician's Unite (darn useless since we're still missing the last of the Virus Trinity, and crush card virus isn't even common at all, virtually unobtainable)

    Depends. Do you think that Graceful Charity will stay on the banlist and Snatch Steal will stay off?

    Probably, but not for a while.
     
    "This card" as in Elemental Hero Stratos?

    It'll probably be staying there for awhile >>; Just as much as TCG cried for Stein to be banned, much to the dislike of some TCG players and the OCG, likewise the OCG cried for the darn thing to be limited here. What do you think?
