OOC: Yeah, anyone who wants to do John can feel free to take it. I mean, I'll take him if no one else wants to; but seeing as I have three to do, I would definitely be happy if someone else wanted to! ^-^

As for who can control them regularly ie. talking, doing minor things around us; anyone can do whatever they want in regards to that.

Anywhoo, movng along...

As we landed in the remains of the great city Goldenrod, I felt a definite sense of forebodding around me. This spot was the poster-child for an abandoned, decayed city, a place that gave many people chills just walking around it.

"This place was one of the last strongholds that the humans had; or so my parents said," I spoke aloud. I jumped off of Lugia's back and looked up at the others.

"Come on, I think I know where to go," I said to them, looking ahead.

Rave jumped off looking a bit apprehensive, "Uh... you sure you know where you're going? I thought you said you didn't remember this place."

I couldn't explain why I felt that way; I just seemed to feel where it was I needed to go. It was weird; there was no denying that.

"Yes, it's just over the old train tracks and the tower over there," I explained, pointing to the two landmarks with my leaf.

OOC: For now I give you guys permission to take full control of Zukra for a while ok. ^_^ I probably won't be posting in this RPG too often for a while.

Nor has anyone else it seems...

IC:

Up in the north-east of Hoenn, a few miles away from Mt.Pyre, resides a small sanctuary by the name of Sapphire Springs. Within it, three Pok?mon were enjoying a well-deserved and long overdue rest- another, however- was standing by the edge of a river, gazing into the depths.
<Should have been there sooner...> Orkairn muttered bitterly to himself.
<What's wrong?>
Orkairn jumped. He was so engaged in his thoughts, he didn't even notice the new arrival until she was right beside him.
<Oh, Zukra, it's you...> He panted, <for a second I thought that it might have been... something else...>
<Nah, don't worry. We're quite safe here. From the Ten anyways.>
<You mean... those Tentacruel-?>
<-Aren't part of their agents? Of course they aren't! Powerful, yes, but nowhere near as strong as the Flygon or even the Graveler we fought. It only took one of us to bring them down, as opposed to our entire team. Yeah, those two are simply a pair of idiots who like to bully the others around here.>
Orkairn breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing this news, but immediately fell into a deeper well of frustration. This must have been noticable, since Zukra asked.
<You alright? You seem so- tense.>
The Crawdaunt calmed himself a little.
<Yeah... I'm... I'm fine....>
<No you're not. I know what fine looks like, and I can easily see that you're about as fine as your shell is plastic. Come on, you can tell me.>
She settled down beside him. He looked at her, then behind him at Soorya and Kasumi- they were still sleeping, and then looked back at Latias again. She looked at him placidly, a small hint of curiousity in her eyes. He stared back, sighed, and then got up heavily upon his feet.
<Not today.> And then he walked off, leaving Zukra slightly dissappointed, and more curious than ever about her secretive companion.

Meanwhile, across the ocean, a party of six Pok?mon: A Chikorita, Flareon, Umbreon, Lugia, Kyogre, and Mewtwo were still wending their way through the derelicts of the once-great city of Goldenrod, searching for Chiiras power.

Kasumi could hear the conversation taking place at the lake. She was in a ssemi-concious state, drifting between sleep and awareness. Orkairn too had a secret. But, he wasn't ready to reveal his, not yet. The time would come when the time would come. Kasumi hoped it wouldn't be too late, though.

Suddenly, her ears shot up. She could hear a sound not far off. Kasumi sat up, fully alert. Something in the bushes was moving, watching them. The silver Espeon gracefully hopped down from the tree and padded towards the bushes. She crounched, then pounced on whatever was there.

"Mmmphf!!"

Kasumi leapt off whatever she had attacked and saw it was a Pichu, tangled in the long grass. "Eh?" This small Pokemon was no threat.

"Are... you okay?" Kasumi asked, pulling at the grass with her paw. It came undone, and the Pichu fell flat on it's face.

"Just great, thanks to you!!" He said, scrambling to his feet. "By the way, I'm Zapp!!"

"Er, that's nice. Well, I'll be going now, if you don't mind." Kasumi turned away from the Pichu, but he followed. "Can I help you with something?" She asked, giving it a 'why are you stalking me' look. Zapp didn't seem to notice or care.

"Dunno. I've got nowhere to go, nothing to do," He said. Truthfully, he really did have a mission, one that would determine the fate of Kasumi and all the rest of the Elemental Knights...

((Ooc: Boy, do I have a plan.... *evil smirk while PMing LA to see if it's okay*))

OOC: Gah! I swear over the past couple days I've tried to post in this RPG four times, but PC would screw up! >_< Anyway, I guess I'll have fun with my small group in Johto considering I seem to be the only one of them to be posting in this... ^^ Anyway...

As we all dragged onward through the ravaged streets of the city, various pokemon popped their heads up as we passed. Rattata, Grimer, the usual pokemon that appeared in cities that were no longer in use.

It was interesting to see the number of human dwellings and stores that had now fallen into disrepair and been taken over by the forest.

"This place is creepy...," Rave mumbled, looking apprehensively at the tall building next to us.

"This is it!" I said, looking at an old doorway cheerfully, "This is where we go!"

Lugia looked over the small stature of the doorway.

"I guess you'll have to stay behind...," I said to him, noting the doorway myself, "You're a bit too big for it."

"I'll stay behind with him. None of us should be left alone," John said to me, nodding.

Kyofin growled out a yawn, "Well I'm gonna have to stay too, I mean, I can't exactly flop down those stairs can I? John you should go with the others. Lugia and I can handle it here. Doesn't look like anyone's around anyway."

"Hm... alright," he replied, though he didn't look too happy about it. I had the sneaking suspicion that John had no wish to see the last remaining humans.

"Right then, Acuro, Rave, John, come with me. You guys, um, good luck. We'll be back as soon as possible," I said to them, then began to walk down the cracked steps that led to the underground tunnel where humans had held up for the years that the Ten had been in power.

As we walked down the darkened tunnel, Rave blew out a bit of fire once in a while to help us see. Other than Rave and the faint glowing of my pendant though, it was pitch-black all around us.

OOC: Oh, and I OK'ed dark_espeon's little plans, so she can continue her evil smirking all she likes. ^-^

((Ooc: *smirky smirky smirky* >3))

"..... So that's why I'm here!!" Zapp said enthusiactically, concluding his explination of how he got the the Sapphire Springs. Of course, all of it was a lie, made up as he went along. Kasumi's tail flicked around in annoyance. She had tuned out Zapp's, sqeaky voice long ago.

Please come back soon....

OOC: Hm... what happened to Max Hunter? Did hurricane Emily destroy his house or something?? Ah well, things are just a little slow. ^-^

Oh, and wherever you are LusterKnight, I'm gonna make Acuro say one thing in this post... sorry if it's not how you would have put it. I'm double-checking to make sure it's in character; but if you have a problem when you come back, then I'll just edit it. ^___^

"Oh wow... it's so dark in here," Rave said once more as we walked through the shadowed and darkened tunnel. He looked a a bit nervous, and kept darting his eyes back towards the entrance that was now growing dimmer and dimmer.

"So we can expect to see some humans in this place?" Acuro asked, looking at me. The rings around his Umbreon body had been glowing for quite some time as it was with all Umbreon who walked in the dark.

I nodded, noticing that I got an angry glance from Rave and a frown from John. Clearly they weren't thrilled about this.

"I'm sorry, but I'm sure these humans aren't going to be like the ones you've met before," I paused, "In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they were even a bit afraid of us."

John smirked, "That would be interesting."

Rave didn't speak. I had never seen him struggle so hard to keep from looking angry. I walked over to him.

"Hey, what's your problem?" I asked, half-joking.

"I hate humans that's what!" he said back, his voice rising in tone.

I, however, being a girl that wasn't scared easily by the mere rasing of one's voice, only got angrier.

"Well no one's asking you to come along! The exit's that way; you kept looking at it anyway, why don't you just go and wait with the others?!" I shouted at him. I stormed off up ahead faster, thinking quietly to myself.

Rave didn't leave however, and continued occasionally lighting the way for us. He mumbled something about doing this for me and the others, and how humans or not he'd still come along. But I wasn't listening too well, and said nothing for the rest of the time until we came to a huge door that looked as if it were securing some kind of a vault.

Acuro was about to ask something, probably about how to open the door, when the huge door began to creak open, and the four of us jumped back ready for something bad to happen.

Slowly, and confidently, a human emerged from behind the door. He appeared to be a young adult, and it was certainly a male. John looked tense, and Rave looked close to letting loose an attack, when the human looked over the four of us and then said quite simply, "Oh, hello there."

I looked to the two pokemon behind me that looked ready to attack and shot them a warning glance, "Don't hurt him until I say so!"

At first I didn't know if Rave was going to obey my request, but he relaxed a little and just kept glaring in the human's general direction. John just retreated into the darkness where no one could see him.

"How can I help you?" the human said to me and the others, "It looks as if you've come quite a ways. By the way, my name is Kiyo."

ooc: *appears from below some wood blocks and a destroyed house* GHAA!!! I'M BACK!!! let's RP!!

ic: I nodded as the others went inside. I looked at Kyofin and sighed. I sat down and looked around. "this is boring... humans would try to catch me... and they would be really scared because you don't exactly 'live' here in Johto" I said to him. I sighed and looked at the doorway. "I'm so bored" I expressed.

OOC: Welcome back Max Hunter!

"Kiyo?" I replied, raising an eyebrow, "That's a bit like Kyofin's name, isn't it?"

Kiyo stared at her; obviously not understanding a word. He was blond-haired, and his skin had the pale look that happened only when one had been kept out of the sun for most of their life. His light blue eyes scanned the pokemon carefully, and then pointed to the door.

"You wanna come in for a bite to eat?" he suggested with a smile, "I swear it's not poisoned." There was something oddly familiar about him to me.

"I don't trust him," said Rave at once, "Why's he being so nice?"

"I agree, how do we know we are not walking into a trap of some sort," John suggested, looking tense.

Acuro seemed to not know how to comment. I gave him a searching look, then turned to the other two.

"Listen, I know you guys don't like humans, but this is where I am supposed to go. This is where my power is. You three don't have to follow me, you don't have to come in with me, but there's something inside of me that tells me that Kiyo is telling the truth," I said, looking at them seriously.

Regardless of how they felt, the three of them agreed that it was too late to go back, and so we all walked with Kiyo through the door and into the humans' makeshift city.

It was, to me anyway, absolutely amazing. The humans had seventeen years to build up the underground, and it was obvious they had dug out a bigger area than previously had been there. There were buildings, schools, churches, everything in there that was in a city. It wasn't very big compared to the original size of Goldenrod, but it was something.

There were humans, everywhere. John and Rave stayed close to me and Acuro; I couldn't tell if they were either afraid or suspicious.

I looked up to see Kiyo the human watching me with a smile; he looked away quickly. 'Okay, that was weird,' I thought to myself.

As we passed by a few children, I noticed a small, brown thing with them. An Eevee.

"Ah! Look an Eevee!" I said, stopping in my tracks, "Hey there!"

The Eevee looked over at us, then spotted Kiyo.

"Hi th-- oh it's Kiyo!" she said, jumping up into the tall human's arms.

Kiyo caught the little Eevee, and then looked down at me, "Eve's my Eevee. She likes to play with the kids around here. Maybe she can answer some of your questions while we walk to my house."

"Hi," the little Eevee said, looking at me and the others, "I'm Eve, like Kiyo said. Are you guys from the outside? I can tell; you don't act like the others do."

"Why did Kiyo bring us in here?" asked Rave, looking a bit more relaxed, but he still jumped back at humans when they came too close to him.

"He always does that. His job is to study pokemon that live in the outside and report about what the Terrible Ten are doing," Eve replied happily, "He probably just wants to see what you guys are doing here."

I looked up to see Kiyo watching me with a smile on his face. This was the second time he had done this, and it was making me a bit nervous.

"Why does he keep looking at me?" I asked, feeling a bit anxious.

Eve laughed, "You're a Chikorita. Kiyo's always wanted a Chikorita. Ever since he found out that his parents used to own a Chikorita and a Bayleef."

As we neared Kiyo's house, my necklace began to glow again, and it suddenly became clear to me.

"Kiyo... he said his parents owned a Chikorita and a Bayleef?" I looked at Eve.

She nodded.

"My parents were a Chikorita and a Bayleef and they were owned by two humans. But they had to leave because of the Terrible Ten. I think... I think that maybe Kiyo is my parents' trainer's son," I said slowly, the others watching me.

"What?" said Rave, "Are you sure?"

Eve laughed, "Well, you'll get to see when we go into the house, because Kiyo has a picture or two with his parents and their pokemon. Come to think of it, I do remember seeing a little baby Chikorita in it...."

"Hey, why are we just sitting around here like this?" Zapp wondered aloud, "Let's go somewhere!!! You are the Chosen Ones, arn't you? I always thought there'd be more... Are the others dead- hey, look, that cloud looks like a a swarm of Beedrills!! Haha!! Isn't that weird? Anyways- man, that cloud is moving really fast.... You guys wanna check out-"

"Zapp, that is a swarm of Beedrill!!!" Kasumi cried, and jumped to her feet. Definatly the work of the Terrible Ten. They might've been able to hold off twenty, or maybe twenty-five, but hundreds?! "Come on, guys, get out of here!! And take the rat- it's time to see what these powers can do." 'That look' had returned in Kasumi's sapphire eyes.

"Hey, I'm not a- Ayiiipe!" Sooyra picked him up with her mental powers, and Orkairn followed her. Be careful, Kasumi... There's so many!

Peh, you really think I'm gonna fight them? I plan on scaring them!!! After that, I'll join you, and we'll search for everyone else. She jumped into the air, hovering there. Suddenly, and image of many Fearows apeared. Her spirit powers combined with her psychic one created a very life-like image. One of the birds let out an ear-slpiting screech.

OOC: Woo-hoo! Here we go again!!

When we walked into the house of the human named Kiyo, I looked around at the various things on the walls and objects in the room. Why was it that humans needed so many things? I never had any more than what I could carry on my back, but people always had what seemed to be an infinite number of possessions.

"Have a seat, make yourselves comfortable," Kiyo the human said, pointing to a couch and the floor.

"Why's he so quick to make us comfy?!" jumped Rave, still glaring at Kiyo. I walked up to him and swiped him across the face lightly with my leaf.

"Back off, you look as if you're going to spout fire right on top of the young man's head! Leave it!" I warned him, giving him a hard, blazing look.

Rave looked a bit taken aback by my sudden burst of anger, and he nodded without speaking.

John hid in the shadow of the room, and Acuro seemed indifferent to the whole situation. He looked as if he were waiting for something to happen before he let his opinion be known.

"Now, why is it you've come here Chiira?" asked Kiyo. I looked up at him with a startled expression.

"How did you know my...?" I asked, trailing off.

"I know your name because I know who you are. You're the Chikorita in this picture, aren't you?" Kiyo replied, guessing my question.

I nodded, staring at the picture he had just held up and looking into the faces of my parents and their human companions.

"I think I have an idea of what you're looking for. My parents told me before they died to keep this for my future pokemon companion. A pokemon that would help us humans regain control of our lives and be freed of the oppression of the Terrible Ten," he pulled out a small box, it looked like one that could hold jewelry or something.

"And that's... me?" I said slowly, taking note of the words 'my future companion'. Is that what he thought? That I was his without a say in the matter? But just as I thought this, I suddenly felt a deep sense of loyalty and trust to this human I had never met.

"I have always wanted to meet you, and I knew I would one day. That's why I have been searching my whole life for a Chikorita. Although I must admit, I expected to be the one to find you; not the other way around," Kiyo continued, smiling again, "Here. Take this box and open it. I've never looked in it; and I hope it's what you're looking for."

As I leaned forward after he set the box in front of me, Rave leaned in too.

"I hope we don't open it up and it turns out to be old human food or something," he said, fluffing his fur up a bit in apprehension.

Acuro came closer too, and John even poked his head out a bit.

I opened the box with a nudge from my nose, and the lid flew open with a jolt. My necklace began to glow again, and as it did so I felt a strange sensation all throughout my body....

A blinding light lit up the house so much that not even John could find a shadow to hide in.

"Kiyo," I said, though the words that came from my mouth were not my own... they sounded different, like... like a... human.

"Kiyo," I repeated, "I am the pokemon you have been searching for. And I am one of the ten that will defeat the evil ones. I know you have also been chosen by Mew, and that your part is about to come in this. You must gather all of the humans you can gather. Tell them to join us for the final battle, and to bring their pokemon as well."

Kiyo looked as if a bullet train had just ran him over. He blinked, and then choked out some words, "How will I know when the final battle begins?"

"This," I replied, picking up what was in the box and tossing it to Kiyo. It was a match of my necklace, as if it had been duplicated.

"Thank you; I-I hope to someday be by your side," Kiyo said, looking down at the necklace in his hands.

"You are already," I said, smiling, "As of now, I am your pokemon."

Kiyo returned the smile.

With that, we were leaving. We had to hurry; there was no time to waste, and we had already left the others for far too long. As we ran out the tunnel to the underground, Rave panted to me.

"Hey... you... can... speak human?!" he said, running alongside me.

I nodded.

"Can you... still speak pokemon?" he asked.

I shook my head. I could no longer speak how I used to.

"Your colors are different too," he said.

I nodded. Yes, I was a light yellow and my leaf was a dark forest green. Much darker than previously. I looked ahead. Hopefully nothing big had happened since we had been gone.

OOC: School's started again! Aiyieee!!! That equates to my visits reduced to about 0.001% of my usual presence, since I must really apply myself if I want to succeed. I'm not leaving, but my posts will be few and far between. Dark_Espeon, Orkairn is now yours. You can share control of him with whomever you wish. Later!

Okay! Bye for now! *waves* Hm... I'm surprised this thing keeps coming back. Though I have a feeling that only myself and dark_espeon (and maybe Max Hunter) will be posting... As I may have said before, I'll continue to post as long as someone else does, even if there's only two of us. >_<

"Come on Rave, Acuro, John, let's find out where--," but I stopped in mid-sentence. As we came to the place we had left Lugia and Kyofin, there was nothing. Nothing but a lot of what appeared to be mist.

"What the heck?" panted Rave, nearing my side, "Where'd they go?"

Acuro and John both looked confused as well.

"They're not gone, I can still sense them," replied John, his eyes glowing a faint blue. The mist seemed to enhance this effect.

"You're right," said a voice, almost in a laugh. All four of us looked up to see a magnificent yet terrifying sight. The blood in me seemed to turn to ice, and I could tell that something of the same was happening to the others.

It was a Latios.

His light blue and white features would have looked a bit cute if it wasn't for the fact that he had multiple scars all over his body showing that he had not been leading the best life. His eyes were cold and looked upon us as if we were some sort of ugly, dirty little children.

Acuro and I immediately stepped forward, seeing as we were the only two with our powers.

"Where are they?" I asked, glaring at him. Latios seemed to ignore my question.

"So this is where the humans have been hiding I see," he said, chuckling to himself as he surveyed the surroundings.

I blinked. No! I couldn't let him destroy them all!

Latios seemed to know what I was thinking, "No no, I'm not going to harm your precious human friends. I am here strictly on business; no fun and games it's all really boring. I want to know where your little friend named Zukra is."

The four of us straightened, Rave glanced over to me worriedly.

"She's not with us," I said simply, leaving it open for him to interpret.

"Oh really? Not with you? Come now, I'm not stupid my dear, I know she is one of you. I need to speak with her, however, now that you have arrived, I realize that she did not come with you. Be warned though, your little group is nothing that we can't handle. Why Salamence could destroy you all with one swipe of his claw," Latios laughed, his wings shaking.

"Oh yeah! Well then why don't you just destroy us now!" yelled Rave, tearing forward at a run. The rest of us gasped.

"Rave no!" I called, racing after him.

Latios seemed to find this amusing though, "Oh dear, it looks like I've upset the little Flareon. Go ahead, fight me if you want. You'll just end up dead like the others before you."

I whipped out one of my vines and seized Rave around the middle. "Fool you're going to get yourself killed! You do know who that is right?!" I yelled at him while he struggled in my vines.

"Yeah I know who he is! And I know who Salamence is too! He killed my family!! There's only two of my brothers and sisters left because of him!" he paused, looking at the ground, "And I don't even know if they're okay...."

Latios laughed again, and he began to accend into the air. "This has been fun and all, but I really must be going. Oh, and by the way Flareon; Salamance finished his job, there is no such place as 'Dragon City' anymore," the bird said, flying so far away that he was but a tiny dot in the sky.

With his dissapearance though, the mist around us went as well, and suddenly Lugia and Kyofin appeared before us all.

"Where've you guys been? It seems like we've been waiting for ages," Kyofin said in a bored voice, "Come on now."

I sighed and dropped Rave to the ground lightly and shook my head.

"You wouldn't believe us if we told you," I said to him, half-smiling.

I stayed silent... for I felt like we were in some kind of... portal... or at least something to make us be invisible for a while... and I indeed felt like it was soem kind of... psychic power. "we gotta hurry... hop on me... right away" I expressed not turning my head to see 'em as I crouched to let them jump on me so we could return.

ooc: ok... XD... we are still at Goldenrod, Chiira got his power and met humans. Latios met Chiira and company, except me and Kyofin. I just crouched to let Chiira and comp. to jump on me and go to Saphire Springs.

Yeah, um, wow, you guys are still here?! O.O I thought you had all left! Well, I'm pleasantly surprised! ^-^ And yes, Max Hunter said all that's happened, I'll give you a small summary as well:

Kasumi, Orkairn, Zukra, and Soorya stayed behind as the others went to Johto, they met a Pichu named Zapp, and were talking with him about what he was doing at the Sapphire Springs. They've just been surprised by a swarm of angry Beedrill.

Chiira, you (Acuro), Rave, John, Kyofin, and Lugia went to Goldenrod to get Chiira's power. They arrived, and everyone but Lugia and Kyofin (they were too big) went into the underground tunnel where they found one of the last remaining human groups. They met a human named Kiyo, who was the son of Chiira's parent's trainers (woah... that's like trying to explain a soap opera!), and his Eevee, Eve. Chiira got her power and told Kiyo to gather the humans to help them in their final battle with the Terrible Ten when they need them to help. Then they left, and met up with Latios after emerging from the underground. He told them he wanted to see Zukra, and then Rave got angry about Salamence destroying his family, and then Latios left. Lugia's about to fly us back to the others. I guess Kyofin just swims really fast below us?? Actually, I'm not quite sure how he followed us in the first place... (AHHH! PLOT HOLE!)

BTW, Chiira's power is both to be able to speak human, and to create/control plant life.

Hope that all helped you!

"Right, let's go!" I said in my new human-speak, jumping up onto the back of Lugia. Rave followed suit, while John merely floated up to Lugia's eye level.

"I prefer to fly on my own thank you," he said rather cooly, ignoring the rest of us. Seeing humans must have made him a bit grumpy or something.

Kyofin called from below. "I'll just go back the way I came, though I might take a little longer than you because I'll have to swim upstream!" he laughed, going back to the water lazily.

I flipped my dark green leaf around a little.

Rave looked from Acuro to me, "Well, I wonder what other excitement is in store for us? I also wonder about the others. You think they've been okay since we left them? It's been a long time."

OOC: I see......

IC:

"They probably couldnt of goten into much trouble without us."

*Acuro grined for a moment and let ot a small yawn.He scretched ar looked up at the sky.*

"I wonder........I wonder what I'll be left to do when this is all over.....hmhmhm....."

((Ooc)) Iron Mankey, do not fear, for your crustacean is safe with me. As well as whatever the heck Soorya is.

((Ic))

Kasumi stayed in the air for a moment with her eyes half-open, watching the life-like images before her. She could see every feather move as the flew, their eyes pinpointing different bugs, hear their terrible cries. After a moments hesitation, she jumped from her spot and ran to catch up with her two friends and worshiper.

"WHOA!!! They were like--BUZZZZ!! A-and your birds were like--SCHREEEE!!!--and, then Beedrill were like--AAHHH!!-- and you were like, PHIZZSOMMMMM!!! And then--"

"Zapp, we all saw what happened!!!" Orkairn said, interrupting his description of Kasumi's images. She walked slowly beside them, her tail limp and her ears dragging on the ground. Phizzsom....? She thought, stumbling.

"Kasumi, if you'd like, I could relieve you of walking..." Soorya said thoughtfully, watching the silver Espeon lag behind. She quickened her pace to keep up with everyone. Producing an image that large had taken a lot of her energy. The pendant on her tail still had a faint glow to it.

"No, no, I'm fine," Kasumi lied, giving them a weak smile, "Besides, I need to practice. It'll take a lot more than just a few pictures of Fearrow appearing in the Terrible Tens' heads." Zapp jumped up onto her back, causing Kasumi to fight all temptation to throw him off.

"You mean, they weren't really there?" Orkairn asked, a crurious look on his face. Soorya shook her head.

"No, they were images displayed in our minds," Said the Gardevoir, looking down upon the others.

Zapp turned pale. "But-but they were so real!! I mean, I could even smell them!!!"

"Yes," Answered Sooyra, saving Kasumi the explination, "It's the effect of psychic powers mixed with ghost powers. I can also produce images, as can John, but they would be very fake-looking compared to those. You know how Haunter and Gahstly like to trick travellers, don't you Zapp?" He nodded.

"Well, not all of that was an image. I drew upon the energy of spirits to create that. They'll keep fighting untill I'm too far away from them."

"Um, Zapp?" Orkairn started.

"You may want to get off Kasumi's back. It looks as though she's about to collaspe, poor dear..." Sooyra finished.

"Eeesh, sorry!!" The Pichu jumped onto the ground, landing akwardly and rolling. Whatever Zapp's talents were, aside from annoying people, asking questions, and following them, gracefullness was not among them.

"Not a problem," Said Kasumi through clenched teeth, with the most pleasant smile she could muster at the moment. Everyone laughed at the look on her face, including the spirit herself.

As we were flying through the big ocean to Sapphire Springs, I tought in our future... yes... I know I tought about that millions of times earlier but... the question just made my mind busy.
