OOC: Oooh... shiny words...! XD
Kyofin
------------
Kyofin was, more or less, lost. He peered around colums of Corsola colonies, and looked in and out of every cave he came across, swooped in and around all the other places he could think of, but came to nothing. He was now stopped in a very dark part of the ocean, a part that housed only the bravest of creatures, or the stupidest.
"Oh well," the large whale said aloud to himself, "I always liked a long swim."
Suddenly, a sound was heard from a distance, and two lights blinked on and off. Kyofin swam toward it lazily, his curiousity guiding him.
It was a small, fish-like pokemon with two lights blinking slowly on its head. A Lanturn.
"Hullo there," Kyofin said with a yawn, "What're you doing here?"
"I live here," the Lanturn replied, blinking, "Why are you here?"
Kyofin was a little unsure of how to respond. Could he trust this fish? However, he was no up-tight pokemon, so he told her of his search.
Surprisingly, the Lanturn smiled widely. "Really? Well then, you have come to the right place my friend Kyofin," she replied.
Kyofin nodded, a little confused, but then shook his head, "How'd you know my name?" The Lanturn laughed.
"I am the guardian of Killal Miro. I have been for one-thousand years," she laughed, her lights blinking faster.
Kyofin blinked. "What?! But you're so young-looking!"
The blue and yellow fish shook her head, "I am not alive. I was sacrificed by the Legendary Kyogre to seal this place away from all who are not Kyogre. It's alright, I wanted to be sacrificed; for there is no greater honor in the sea than to have the privledge of guarding the sacred Killal Miro," she paused, "I would show you where it is... but you're already here."
Kyofin became confused again, "Huh? What do you mean? This place is too dark to be anything." The Lanturn shook her head, and then the glow from her lights turned up so intensely, that it was blinding. The area surrounding them was lit up, and Kyofin finally got to see his birthpace once again.
A glittering blue rock surrounded the cave, and there were so many sacred areas to not touch and be wary of, that Kyofin was almost afraid to move. He had never been so moved by a place before, and in an instant he felt the special power that Mew had spoken of move through his body.
Now he just had to get to Lilycove. But that seemed like no big deal after this.
John
------------
As he threw open the large doors, John had another flashback to that time of his beginnings. Times of attempting to live like everyone else, times of what he considered to be the worst of his life. He felt as if he would never belong, and that he was followed by not only humans, but by his own hate and fears as well.
He shook his head. Those times were gone now. He had discovered that the way he used to live was not the right way, that he could never be happy and accepting of others until he gave himself a chance first. He looked across the room to a glowing orb of dark light.
This room had never been seen by human eyes. He had placed a psychic spell on it so that humans did not see what was really there.
He walked over to the orb. "I never wanted to accept this part of my personality, but now I have no choice. The world actually needs me, wants me, and so I will rise to the challenge," he said, staring at it. He touched it.
It was time to fight for the world that had hated him, and it was time to put the past behind him.
Chiira
------------
"He's out!" I shouted, as Black Thunder escaped my grasp. I was partially thankful he only slipped out and didn't bite out.
Orkairn ordered for he and Rave to try their luck with the Jolteon, and I was a bit surprised to see Rave looking so up for it. He had a steely glint in his eye, and I think he was attempting to conjure up all the hatred he had for the biggest flamethrower he could muster. I flipped my leaf around a bit.
I jumped as a small spark hit suddenly hit my head.
"Ow! What the--?!" I snapped, my eyes darting to the thing the sparks came out of.
"Well," replied Zapp, "He said attack anything that moves!"
I narrowed my eyes, "Yeah... but not us!" This Pichu... really....
"Oh," replied Zapp. He then made a small shrug. I went back to remaining ready for the blows about to come from Black Thunder.
