edit: looks like you got a better shiny evd tyranitar but the stats:
315/281/286/284/215/153
No idea why the stats are so "low" should be higher :|

I have other shiny evd to offer if you want any of the below shiny and evd just ask for more details:

or shiny legends:
suicune/entei/raikou (all UT)
ho-oh (UT)

i dont want any nicknames and dont mind too mych about natures, what ever you think would be best
based on the pokemon and the moves

Absorbs
Absorbs Water : Vaperon : Dive, Rain Dance, Brine and Hyper Beam
Absorbs Lighting Jolteon : Rain Dance, Thunder, Magnet Rise And Giga Impact

Heal:
Heals In Hailstone : Spheal Ability : Ice Body Moves : Blizzard, Hail, Icy Wind, Body Slam

Immune
Immune To Fire : Growlithe Ability : Flash Fire Moves : Overheat, Sunny Day, Morning Sun, Iron Tail
Immune To Ground : Koffing Moves : Sludge Bomb, Explosion, Dark Pulse, Pysbeam

Is this possible?

(Immune Fire) Ninetails with Flare Blitz, Sunny Day, Over Heat, Solar Beam But Would Prefer :Growlithe Ability : Flash Fire Moves : Overheat, Sunny Day, Morning Sun, Iron Tail
(Immune Psychic) Umbreon With Dream Eater, Yawn, Iron Tail, Wish
(Absorb Water)Vaperon : Rain Dance, Brine and Hyper Beam
