I can offer an EV'd Gallade (252 attack, 252 speed, 4 hp), an EV'd Electivire (252 attack, 252 speed, 4 hp), an EV'd Lucario (252 attack, 252 speed, 4 hp) Or a japanese Pikachu colored Pichu, or a japanese Wi-fi Gift mew for that EV'd Modest TRU Shaymin.

Honestly, I do not know if its hacked or not. I need to hack check a bunch of pokemon on my thread to see if they are legit (don't have the software yet), so if I were you I would probably not take the risk.

Also, I can take your Torchic whenever you are ready (why Lv.99?)

Just to let you know, your Blaziken is ready to be picked up. I accidently made him Lv.100 instead of Lv.99, hopefully thats not an issue.
