Hey...what event is "WCS"? Do you know off the top of your head? I got a WCS Shiny Milotic from this year and Bulbapedia says there was no Shiny Milotic given this year

Not that I know of, no. Go on google and type in "serebii events" and you'll get a master list of pretty much all of the events out there.

I know it is an event but because I can't access serebii right now for some reason, I think it stands for "Wonder Card Shiny"? I'm probably wrong but thats my first guess.

Pfff, I don't give a damn about language haha ;) Maybe just take some advice from me about events? I always ask for the OT and the ID before trading and than I check with Serebii/Bulbapedia. It might be a little bit of a hassle, but its better than chasing the person down, like your doing now :)
