Its not really a noob question, your not the first person to ask me this. All you have to do is click on the Pal Pad in your Key Items and it will say "Check Friend's" or something. It won't show their FC though, but if you've already traded with them, a Pixel Figure will show, like a Grunt or a Psychic or something.
