I honestly do not know if it activates it, I don't own Platinum. You might want to ask someone else about that.

Well I'm still confused on waht Oaky is saying, so if he can prove that its not a hack I'd like to know, so I'm holding off the trade for right now.

Well I still do not know, because Oaky might have a point. If they are hacked, I promise you you will get those pokemon you asked for.

If you ment this post, Oaky ment I >THINK<

The game starts and you get an ID number which is combined with your Game File and there is a possibility of them being the same, and the same place is met because they were met at the Start and the XP came from the First Pokemon you need to kill
 
Hey! I got a very naughty question to ask... Could you perhaps borrow me 1 or 2 pokes to defeat the Elite four? they are driving me mad
 
Okay, the ID you get is assigned to the game itself. When you first buy that game, it already has an assigned ID. Anyways, El, are you able to do our trade?
