the stats for crobat are : 295/187/167/151/213/252
moveset: fly,air cutter,sludge bomb, poison fang
gyarados : 312/278/169/140/208/188
moveset: aqua tail,thunder,hydro pump,dragon dance.

also it turns out that my regigigas that i just got from the gts is a tru regigigas lonely if you would like that better

If it can help you, I have some Dittos that you could have. They are all Level 29, with no EV at all. Most of them can come with Quick Powder, Metal Powder, or PP Up in option.

I know it can be a bother, but I haven't calculated their IVs yet. I'll get around to calculating an estimate later on. Ditto's IVs can be influential on breeding. I have, however, written the hint towards their best IV stat.

Also, I don't really care for EV trained, perfect IV, shiny or event Pokémon. I'm more of a ID No. Collector, myself. If you have Pokémon from other trainers you could stand to get rid of, I'd be happy to get them in return. Of course, any regular Bidoof would do, too.
