I can start giving out the pokemon people have wanted now.

I bred the METAGROSS myself, and I got the LUCARIO in a trade as a lv 1 Riolu, EV'd it myself, where the person said nothing about not being able to redistribute. If it matters to you, they both have Pokerus.
