Elorges (not Florges) EX?

I have an Elorges EX card 67/119. I can't find anything about it as the artwork and info are all for Florges EX.
Misprint?
Fake?
Any value to it?

Found it on Google images. Definitely fake. Compare the fonts to those on real cards.
