EPL 2007-2008

I'm not even going to risk a prediction (I might change my mind later on), because these clashes are so hot and the rivalry is so strong that either team could win.

If Liverpool get through to the knock-out phase of the Champions League, that boost of confidence could prove vital for them. Needless to say, I'll be rooting for Liverpool. XD

United have had relatively easy opponents over the past few weeks, and I was a little surprised they couldn't beat Bolton.

Off-topic: 100th post here. XD

Back to domestic football. Chelsea have been struggling without Drogba, and Arsenal yet again bounce back from a defeat, showing their quality and resilience again. A win after a crushing defeat gives even more confidence to players than anything else.

i agree. we need Drogba, but Shevchenko will do for us blues while Drogba is away.

just seen soccer AM there, and one of the third eyes had Ian Payne on Sky Sports News auditioning for Bo Selecta.

Scene here: Oldham 1 up against Luton CRRRAIG DAVIES has scored. ROFL at it every time, it was soooo hilarious.

Anyone up for predictions? XD

Chelsea are going down, should Arsenal strike first. They always win when they strike first (and they have never lost at home for eight months). Chelsea are known for being strong at home, but not away. =P

Arsenal 2-1 Chelsea
Liverpool 1-0 Manchester United

The Liverpool one's being optimistic, really. XD

Me didn't get score exactly right either, but the margin was right.

Fantastic victory. Next is the biggest London derby: The North-London Derby! And Arsenal are home. Expect a win please.

Yus. Arsenal-Spurs. Expect Adebayor to go on a scoring spree against them; he always does.

They played at White Hart Lane in September and crushed Spurs 3-1. It's at home, yes. Arsenal have a huge advantage, only drawing once at home all season in all competitions. That draw was managed by United. Other than that, Arsenal have won all their home games.

Tch. Typical lucky Mancs. Another penalty gets them past a team who held up so well against them.

Liverpool had more chances than you last week. They deserved to win then.

The fact is chances don't count for much, if you don't take them. And it just so happens United took the penalty well, but they were lucky because Everton matched them very well. I'm not complaining though.
