Erasing and Replacing a Generation

Gen 3 has the blandest storylines ever. So I'll work on that. Seriously, where was the previous "Give us your Pokemon!" feel the villians gave us? Where was the Marowak-killing in Gen 1? I mean, that's so "original"!!!
The Gen 3 Pokemon were nice designs though. I would leave the Pokemonz alone. :)

Gen 4 had its cons, despite the thick plot. Those frigging Pokemon like Rhyperior, Electivire, Magmortar, Magnezone, etc. I would take away all those ugly and unnecessary Pokemon and replace it with some new (and more creative) Pokemon. It seems Nintendo has ran out of ideas.
 
Generation 4. It's just.. well.. not as good as the others.. It feels like their losing ideas for Pokémon. :P
 
Gen III Hoenn games. It was just so stupid, and it came out right on the heels on Gen II. I was so hyped, and I get no day/night function, no ability to go to Johto/Kanto, and some stupid pokemon (Wngull, anyone?)
 
I don't think I would erase a generation completely, but if I could change a generation, it would be Gen IV.

The terrain isn't bad (Hoenn's terrain is worse), but the Pokémon could use a little help.
They look far from the original ones.
 
I'd clean out the fourth, completely whack bar Garchomp, Togekiss and Uxie.

*clears throat* Moving on, I wouldn't erase all of Gen 1, as that was where Eevee was introduced. *coughcough*

I wouldn't completely erase it, but I would redo several Pokemon and the storyline for Gen 3, because the Gen 3 storyline is bordering on epic fail. And some of the Pokemon would be redone or erased. But, I do actually like the region.

(Though I would totally side with Magma for maybe reducing the water just a little eensy weensy bit in Hoenn. Too much surfing x_x)
 
i think that second generation was a dud. besides a few like espeon and umbreon, maybe the introduction to baby pokemon was cool too. but other then that i didn't like the second generation that much... the games were cool, but the 2nd gen. pokemon... no thanks

I would edit gen 4 by making the gym leaders harder and some better Pokemon getting rid of crap ones like cherib wormadam the crap ones sorrry if i offend anyone but thats just what i would do
