Ok so i'm going to start ev training my pokemon, and i need to know the ev's to train them in so if you could give me your advice that'd be great!

    Electabuzz...

    Glaceon..

    Weaville...

    Infernape...

    Pikachu...

    Dusknoir...

    Ramprados..

Well, first you've got to say what you're aiming for. Is Glaceon going to be a Special sweeper or a support? Is Dusknoir a sweeper or a tank? You need to be more specific, then we can help you. Otherwise we have no idea what you actually want. Try putting their intended movesets, and perhaps current levels.

Alright here ya go sorry for that, i'm new to training for online battling.. Il post there current move set since I don't really know what a good idea for one is..

Electabuzz lvl 47 I'm thinking I want him to be power, not real sure.
    Nature: Lonely
    Moveset currently:
    Discharge
    Thunderbolt
    Low Kick
    Thunder Punch

    Ramprados lvl 45, sweeper
    Nature: Modest
    Zen headbutt
    Takedown
    Strength
    Rockclimb

    Glaceon lvl 45, special sweeper
    Nature: Lax
    Ice fang
    quick attack
    Bite
    Iron tail

    Dusknoir lvl 45, Tank
    Nature: Lax
    Shadow Punch
    Night Shade
    Confuse ray
    Mean Look

Infernape lvl 58, not sure what is he best at?
    nature:Lonely
    Flare Blitz
    U-turn
    Close Combat
    Stone Edge

    Weaville lvl 40, special sweeper
    Nature Gentle
    night slash
    aerial ace
    Ice Beam
    Dark Pulse

Pickachu im thinking special sweeper.. But I just got it's egg from a raichu so it's no even a pikachu yet..

    Here goes!
Alright here ya go sorry for that, i'm new to training for online battling.. Il post there current move set since I don't really know what a good idea for one is..

Electabuzz lvl 47 I'm thinking I want him to be power, not real sure.
    Moveset currently:
    Discharge
    Thunderbolt
    Low Kick
    Thunder Punch
This looks like a mixed sweeper set. I recommend switching Low Kick for something with a bit more, well, kick. Try Ice Punch for pesky Ground-types.
    As for EVs, try...hmm... 200 Atk/200 Sp. Atk/108 Spd

    Ramprados lvl 45, sweeper
    Zen headbutt
    Takedown
    Strength
    Rockclimb
Ditch the HMs. Strength, you might get away with, but Rock Climb as well? Try Earthquake.
Obviously, you'll want 252 Attack EVs, probably 252 Speed also.

    Glaceon lvl 45, special sweeper
    Ice fang
    quick attack
    Bite
    Iron tail
First off, what sort of a Special set is that? Try Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Shadow Ball or similar. Those four are all Physical moves. Iron Tail is strong but inaccurate. Bite and Ice Fang are low powered. I won't diss Quick Attack because my level 100 Flareon has it. >_>

    Basic sweeper do-252 Sp.Atk/252 Spd/4 Def

    Dusknoir lvl 45, Tank
    Shadow Punch
    Night Shade
    Confuse ray
    Mean Look

Confuse Ray is a good tanking move, but you'd probably want to ditch Night Shade for something with better type coverage, like Brick Break. As for Mean Look, be careful. The cornered rat will bite the cat, remember?

Go for, hmm... 200 Atk/200 Spd/108 Def OR Sp. Def, your preference.

I need to go, I'll get back to you on the rest later. :)

    Electabuzz...
