I've made some tiles and characters for my game and I just show them :

All the OWs are fine, except for the parasol lady, who seems to miss her umbrella's handle. The tiles look poorly shaded, but maybe that's normal for 3-d D/P/Pt tiles. Keep improving.

Maybe you could include the normal size, as well?

they all look good to me but the mountain pallettes are odd. I think that you should lighten it up bit in the lighter parts because it is hard to notice detail.
