When I was in high school I played tennis for the sports requirement, and I had gym class. In gym we did stuff like rugby, softball, archery, and one year we did bowling. That was pretty fun, but my main form of exercise was that I walked home from school (almost) every day. It was about two miles (45 minutes) and half of it was uphill, so that was definitely a workout. I actually enjoyed it though.
Then when I started college I started taking the train a lot. I can't medically drive, so my options are walking or the train. One of my favourite things to do (and still is my favourite thing) is to go on the train and visit hiking trails that were nearby a train station. I have chronic fatigue and maybe also fibromyalgia (I have a lot of symptoms but we're not 100% sure yet), so really heavy exercise isn't really possible, but I can still go walking/hiking/urban hiking, so I will continue to do that. I also make sure that I get up and stretch my legs every so often when I'm at the computer because it helps when I'm feeling really sore (and also is just a good idea to do in general).
