Suggestion: Expand "Previously known as..."

    When you click on a user's username in the postbit, the "Previously known as..." only shows one previous username. For example, take a look at Megan's:

    [PokeCommunity.com] Expand "Previously known as..."


    Her username before Minerva was Meganium90. It's not there and it would be nice if our new users could see that.
     
    The feature was originally set up like that. However, the admins only changed it to the previous username only because of the fact that many users here have had frequent name changes, or even gone back and forth between usernames. Since the option is directly linked to the user's name change history (confirmation?), it didn't omit any duplicate listings, thus causing a big clutter inside of the dropdown menu.
     
    Hm, maybe there could be a limit of three "Previously known as" usernames, then users could pick which ones to display?
     
    'Previously known' covers you for 3-4 months. I know some members disappear longer for that, but do newbies need to know Megan's username from 7 months ago?

    The above idea just sounds like another 'HAVE AN OPTION FOR IT' PC idea :(. Last previous name is good, 2 previous usernames at most.

    No, I definitely see your point :) But if you want more than the most recent name, you can go to their profile and check the full username history there.

    I think I'm actually the one that suggested it only show the most recent. Sorry! But you know, in some cases, people have super embarrassing usernames like ilovehotwheels34 or SilverSmeargleSplatter (seriously, who would want that for a username?) and I think that in most cases, the most recent name someone had is much better than pikamaster2991. :P But thanks for the suggestion! We definitely appreciate it. :)
