This looks really good, but I'm not sure if the staff will like it.
I tried to get a PC Newsletter going here, but it was shut down quickly.
It may have just been because it was about PC, whereas yours is about Pokemon in general.
So, it could have the potential to go far, keep it up!

Wow this is cool and I love the idea for this. If this surely becomes popular enough I would love the be your news contributor. I scour the internet all the time for Pokemon news and I get it to PC in a snap always before anyone has a chance so for this I'm sure I could be of help. Good luck and continue with this excellent project!

This looks like it has a lot of potential, so far. ;)
The colour scheme is a bit meh, though. You have the pictures, which are all in colour then you have the 'The Pokemon Times' title in the top left corner in black and white, I suggest you make the pictures black and white or make the 'The Pokemon Times' thing in colour. Never the less, keep it up. :D

I could make a logo for it in Photoshop.. I have the Pokemon font to work with, and such.
