& larvesta is practically the cocoon stage, isn't it? but with legs.... so there can't be 2 cocoon stages... that would be a 4 stage...
 
You already seem to have names for most if not all of these, but I was thinking for the koffing pre-evo it might be better to go with a similar naming convention as GF did? I mean:
Koffing is a corruption of the word Coughing.
Weezing is a corruption of Wheezing.
So both are related to / based around coughing.

So something like:
raspling (rasp + l + the ing from Koffing/Weezing)
croakling (croak + l + the ing from Koffing/Weezing) or Kroakling
hackling (hack + l + the ing from Koffing/Weezing) or Hakling
The L I just added to make it sound more like a smaller form.

Anyway, just a thought ^.^
