Favorite Elite Four Member of all Time!

Karen because cool and is the only one that uses dark pokemon.

Karen is hands down my favourite.


The Johto League was the first one I ever faced, and from the moment she addressed me: "I love dark-type Pokémon. I find their wild, tough image to be so appealing. Think you can take them? Just try to entertain me. Let's go," it made a huge impression on me and made me determined to impress her with my battling prowess lol xD So when she eventually said: "Truly skilled trainers should try to win with their favorites. I like your style. You understand what's important." I was so stoked lol xD Also I thought it was super cool that I had an Umbreon on my team and she had one as well, not to mention... her Houndoom!! The first time I ever saw that Pokémon was when I battled hers and it became an immediate favourite then and there :) Her whole demeanour really stood out to me, so calm, cool and collected which was a stark contrast to the other members :)


I also like Drasna and Sidney for their personalities :)
 
Lance is my favorite. I liked how he was an elite four member in one gen and a champion in another, and I always enjoyed his speech in GSC. He also just seemed to have a certain "champion" air about him that appealed to me. Another factor may be that I didn't have a good way of dealing with his dragons with my original (unbalanced) team, which made him seem more difficult, and therefore more impressive.
 
I like Phoebe and Shauntal. Coincidentially, they both use ghost-types. Phoebe has that unique islander look, and she seems like a pretty cheerful girl (I tend to like this sort of positivity), which is not what you'd expect to see in a ghost-type trainer. Shauntal is a ghostwriter, which I found interesting. Also, this has nothing to do with why I like her, but she typically gives me the most trouble out of the Unova Elite Four.
 
I really love Malva. She was part of Team Flare and is the Holo Caster reporter and had a role in the post-story quest with Looker. She had the typical "cool, stoic, all-powerful" E4 persona going on but her backstory made it more convincing.
 
My personal favourite is Phoebe. She looks very kid-like, but can really pack a punch. I was so stunned during my first battle with her because of Dusclops packing Curse and Ice Beam. It really took me by surprise. Plus, she's cute. What else can I say.

In all of main-series Pokémon games, I believe Malva is the only Elite Four member that had played such a huge role. Would be great if there were more like her!
