    So next semester, I'll be taking Government, and so I thought about that the good people at PC thought of different forms of Government, and which one they would prefer in their home countries.

    To be appearing unbiased, I won't state my own political opinions.
     
    Democracy.
    My favorite form of Government.
    Everyone should be innocent until proven guilty
     
    I chose Democracy, the people choose what is right, not just the government who, though they may be better equipped to deal with issues, are liable to fail.

    You forgot communism ;D
     
    I would have to say direct Democracy not that Representative Crap. Direct Democracy allows everyone to be heard not just a representative. The Greeks were very smart people. I dont think they ever expected their government to stick around so long. But it did and its a very nice form of government. Very Fair I,d say.;)
     
    Communism.

    No, not that corrupted Chinese communism we deal with in the world today, true communism. Many people seem to associate the word "Communism" with having a bad connotation, especially in the US, but it seems like alot of people don't understand the true meaning of Communism. A world with no social classes, tolerance towards others, equal opportunities for all members of a society, and where each citizen has a voice that will be heard...what's not to love?

    Unfortunately the human mind is too selfish and corrupt to ever give it any real chance, especially here in the US where the richest 10% of the population hold roughly 70% of the wealth.
     
    I really don't care what kind of government as long as it is a government that has the country sell video games. But just because it a good form. Democracy.

    For some reason, my dad is Komunista (Communist). It may be he is getting old or he is betraying his own religion. I dunno.
     
    Haha, you forgot Communism but remembered Anarchy! Awesome. For once I'm not stuck clicking 'Other,' whereas all the Commies are!

    Yeah, I'm the only one that chose Anarchy, as I suspected. I just think that government is mostly useless, heh. Humans strive to be both free and equal, and it is my opinion that no current system provides both to every citizen.

    But as Vega said with Communism, Anarchism is pretty much destined to fail given how the average human is too selfish or ignorant to give it a try. Tis why most people's views of Anarchy inspire images of chaos, and people killing one another with no regard to human life. And unfortunately, this may be an accurate depiction given some views of the human psyche, with true "good" Anarchy only being possible in the fictional "perfect world." While this may be the case, I still consider myself an Anarchist, hoping that one day government will become unnecessary. But alas, that day is not today. >_<

    XD, not really. I actually prefer democracy, and I'm sure that's what most people will say, and for obvious reasons.
     
    Yeah exactly, the monarchy was my favourite form too.
     
    If we are also saying things not on that list, then yes, Socialist ideas are the best form; unfortunatly greedy, selfish people always break the system and the regime usually ends up either corrupt or a dictatorship. Democracy will never be flawless, as the Weimar Republic showed.
