Favorite game songs?

Well, obviously, this doesn't literally mean "Song" right, since there is also music that has a different definition..

The Unlimited Saga battle theme is okay. I dont really have a reason why I proably just like epic music that blend to action music and vice versa etc etc etc etc. Never really played the game though, just about last year saw the "Coming Soon: Unlimited saga.."

A theme that Kairyu sent me; Arc the Lad Twilight of the Spirits - Offense & Defense is quite cool =D. I gave him credit at least.

There is a lot more, but I guess the ones i listed out are recent ones. =D
 
i like the entrance music for Super Smash Bros Melee, it's soothing and yet aggresive
 
The Sonic series has always had good music starting from the first game. It's probably the best as far as platformers go. I've also gotta say it, though, Kirby's tunes have always been well orchestrated as well.
 

Hikari- simple and clean as well
but the gundam Z MS game has a good song called "live" that is pretty great.

I like all Zelda songs, but my favorite is the Fire Temple. From Pokemon Sapphire the one when you fight Kyogre. OH! and the opening theme of Soul Calibur 2 of GC.
 
Lets see.

I love Small Two of Pieces ~ Restored Pieces, as well as it's Creid remaster, Mebius. Likewise, Stars of Tears is such a pretty vocalisation of an already pretty world map theme. They're both from Xenogears, btw.
But my two absolute favourites, in order are
#2: Spirit (Kokoro)
#1: Pain
Both from the Xenosaga Episode 1 OST.
Such gorgeous music, nothing from any game could ever compare.
