    Ok, This is pretty simple. what is your favorite Japanese Song and by whom?

    If we're talking songs with lyrics:

    Vanilla - Gackt

    It always makes me wanna dance. XD Gackt is awesome. <3

    I also like a few random anime opening/ closing themesongs, like What's Up People? by Maximum The Hormone from Death Note, and Sakura Kiss by Chieco Kawabe from Ouran. :3

    Without, it's definitely The Other Promise (Drammatica) by Yoko Shimomura. :3

    Valenti- BoA
    Mahaloha- Yuna Ito

    Also anything by Sarina. She's not a singer, but a violinist and is very good. Violin music+pop music= win for me. :P

    If talking about anime openings, I like Hero's Comeback by +nobodyknows also and Lucky Star's opening Motteke! Se-ra-fuku.

    Anyways, as far as the mashups go though, my current on is Nanairo no Nico Nico Douga, which is the latest of Shimo's mashup songs.

    Actual songs, I've been liking Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari from Bakamonogatari lately, which would be Supercell's debut single (i'm also a sucker for Nicovideo artists)

    It would be, and I looked for a YT video of that particular version (no vocals, base audio). I couldn't find one, though I did find some interesting versions on YT.
