4th Gen Favorite Johto side-quest?

Winning the Pokelatheon (is that how you spell it?) highest title and having my name engraved in its hallowed halls were a crowning moment of awesome for me. That and the Unown Report, although I'm STILL tying to complete it...

My favorite side-quest is the Bug Catching Competition.

To me, it would have to be that Arceus event. It just goes completely... out of whack, for lack of a better word. And nets me a Level 1 Legendary, too!

Helping the Miltank was the favorite of mine!

for me it was finishing the ruins of alph like all the puzzles and the unown

I got to go with the Arceus event, it was a lot of fun and i got Giratina out of it :)

Not to mention that you can also buy MooMoo Milk out of doing that side-quest too. That was a rather nostalgic sidequest for me to do, that one, so that ranks higher for me due to that as well.

The get-highest-scores for the Pokeathlon is another entertaining 'sidequest' to do I suppose due to all the minigames and entertainment value. =)

its the same for me i did that when i had Crystal and i still do it every time i restart my game

Im trying to complete the National Dex, i havent done it since the RBY days, and then ill go onto the Unknown Dex, cause ive never done that
And then the pokeathlon, purely because this thread has made it sound fun (ive never even looked at it)

I liked healing the Miltank, but I have to say that the Pokeathlon stuff is more fun for me. Even though I suck the pennant capture.

Chasing Suicune around was very fun to me. Too bad you can't catch him until you beat Misty...

I caught him after beating E4 about 6 times lol I totaly forgot at first lol :D

Definetely the Pokeathlon.
I spent quite a few hours beating records then trying to re-beat the records set by me haha.
However I like the Catch the Biggest Magikarp one as well, don't know why but I enjoy it *shrugs*
