I like Raikou because I actually have a toy of Raikou as well as a stuffed plushie of it and it looks cooler then the other two

Suicune, the only one that actually does good for the world, purifying water and such, Entei causes volcanoes to erupt, and Raikou just runs around causing lightning storms.

My feelings exactly. Plus, I love how in the legend, Suicune has the ability to purify water. So cool. :D
