They are some of the most beautiful legendaries ever, and don't have ridiculous designs for them. They are truly majestic.

After that I like Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh

Alternate Giratina for the win.
Origin Giratina is incredibly hardcore, and it was hard to choose. Alt. Giratina just looks bigger and tougher then Origin Giratina, who looks more lithe.
Giratina is a Ghost/Dragon, which is one of the most awesome type combos imanigable. He also lurks in a dimension of spooky mind-warping darkness, which has very good music, I might add.

Lugia. Probably thanks to the one I caught years ago and nicknamed Shiver. Brings back a lot of memories, such as beating the Elite Four time and time again with only Lugia and Typhlosion. What can I say? I practically live in the past.

I think the best-looking legendary is Raikou.

Mine varies, but it tends to be Arceus.
I guess it's because of it's amount of moves it can learn not to mention it's incredible stats that add up to 720.
Sad that it looks rather ugly, but I guess the stats sort of make up for it.
