There's a thread like this for R/S/E, so why don't we have one for FireRed and LeafGreen? So, out of these games, which route, town, city, or any other place is your favorite? Why do you like them? Additionally, which location is your least favorite? Why do you dislike it? Is there anything you would change to make it better? If so, what? d:

Why there are no replies in this thread, I have no idea.

Anyway, out of all the locations in the game, I think that my favorite location would have to be...

    Four Island.

When I found out that at the Day-Care south of Cerulean couldn't take two Pokemon, I was mad. But then I found Four Island had the R/S/E Day-Care. Then I was really surprised and relieved. But this entire island is just something special to me, as I found a wild Lapras in the Icefall Cave, and it was my best Lapras (until I lost my cartridge).

I always loved Celadon City. The music and the colors were so vibrant, and of course, I loved the department store, too. <3 As for least favorite, I'd probably say Saffron... I was never fond of the music that played there. As a kid, I always made up nonsense lyrics for it, so I really can't unhear it now. XD

I personally loved Viridian forest. Not sure why, but, I guess I just found the place to be sort of intriguing. Plus, its music was also pretty nice to listen. xD" Another of my favorite is Cerulean city. A lot of events take place here, and there's also a cave nearby where Mewtwo resides.

While underwhelmed by the Sevii Islands as a while, I did like the Sevault Canyon and Tanoby Ruins on Seven Island. I always found that the Sevault Canyon was one of the best places to level up your Pokemon, and getting to do the Chansey Dance to heal your Pokemon was always a bonus! As for the Tanoby Ruins, I loved that there was a new way to catch Unown after the Ruins of Alph, and I spent countless hours there in order to catch all 28 varities of Unown.

I've never played as far to reach the Sevii Islands (shame!), but I did play enough to reach all of Kanto! I think that my favorite area in Kanto is Cerulean City. I don't know, it kinda reminds me where I grew up in. Rural and urban -- not country, not city. Kinda like the suburbs in a way but it's more "bustling", yet it wasn't a city as well. Saffron City is just south of Cerulean which is also accurate because north(?) of my neighborhood was a city with high-rises and banks and business. Cerulean holds a special place in my heart.

What I hate the most is probably Saffron City. It's a city, but there's absolutely nothing to do there. All you could do is explore Silph Co. or talk to the people or something. There should be more things to do there and uh yeah

My favorite spot was route 1, the route right outside of pallet town because soon as you hit route 1, your adventure had just begone and you feel GREAT! The place I hated the most was the power plant, it was just annoying, every time you grabbed a item It was a electrode, and they use explosion. The atmosphere was dull to me, there really was not much to do, except catch zapdos and get whatever item needed to be picked up.(LOL that's were electrode comes in!) anyway well ya, I also really hated diglett cave, the digletts ability could not let you escape and I always started with charmander.

So getting through digletts cave was a nightmare!

I... Actually legitimately loved Lavender Town. I loved it before I had even heard of all that ridiculous CreepyPasta crap.

yeah, me too, i just falled in love with the music, and i looked for it to be listening it on my mp4 and the creepypasta shows up o_o

I dunno, I always look forward to the SS Anne. I am not really sure why, I guess I just like how you could visit the kitchen, the front deck, and even the captain's chambers!

I like safari cause you can catch pokemon by throwing...
Rock, safariball and... I forgot the other one!!! :D

I just hated Lavender Town, the Power Plant and Victory Road. These were the only places all of my Pokémon fainted... I loved the route between Saffron and Celadon however because of the Growlithe (a)

I've always really liked Cerulean City for some reason. Liked it in R/B/Y, liked it even more in FR/LG. Ooh, and Lavender Town yeaahhh. I have to admit I find that town quite peaceful... :o

I think my favoarite location is 6 island. Because Battle tower is located there! ....I like sevii islands, all islands are great! But i spend more time in 6 island. My least favoarite location probably is victory road. Its boring! And first journey thought it is bad, you need many times return back to pokemon center. And do all puzzles again!!!

I would love to life in Celadon town, since its central and big and it has a casino and a huge shopping center. For holidays/vacations id love to have a little house in Vermillion city, to enjoy the ocean and occasional ship cruises.

I really love all the sevii islands, and Fuchsia City, because the Safari Zone is in there. I spend a lot of time in the Safari Zone, guess it's really fun.

But I hate Route 17. There are several reasons for that - the 6 trainers on the top of it are great for training, so I spend a lot of time there beating them, and grow bored of the route. The other reason is because it's downhill and you have to hold B all the time :\

I spent waaay too much time in the Sevault Canyon for training, but Seven Island was pretty nice. I also enjoyed Four Island, too.
