    What is your favorite type of music????
    Just curious to see what the Pokecommunity people like!! :D

    Me personally,
    I like Screamo for the main part
    stuff like Chiodos, Silverstein, Ice Nine Kills, UnderOATH, things like that
    As long as it has singing and screaming I like it
    Pretty much Rock and Alternative too
    Some of the oldies
    Some country because my mom listens to it
    But I ABSOLUTELY HATE RAP
    Sorry Rap fans, I just think it all sounds the same and its all about the same thing. Don't mean to cause an arguement but its just what I think.
    Anyways yeah. Thats about it.
    Oh yeah and some blues is good like Jimmy Hendrix and stuff

    Please tell me bands you prefer me to listen to
    I love hearing new and local bands. Even old ones too.

    I, Have a wide spectrum of music. I like pretty much anything I guess. I like Rock, Metal, Grindcore, Rap, Hip-hop, Techno, Trance. Pretty much anything that follows these lines I guess.
     
    If you've read my interests, then you'll know that I've listen to almost anything that's able to be listen.

    However, my most preferred genre is no other than rock. Rap comes second.
     
    Symphonic metal? Yes, plz.
    Also, rap pisses me off. Except Immortal Technique, but I'm not discussing why.
     
    My favorite is probably going to get the fewest votes: Country
    Country is almost all I listen to. I've also started listening to a little bit of pop (some country songs are also pop, but I'm not counting those).
    I've listened to country music all of my life. I've always liked it. My parents have started listening to other genres, but I've stayed with country. It seems a lot of people hate it.
     
    I like almost anything really but I have to say, my most favorite are country songs and rock songs.
    But I totally hate screamo music.
     
    for me its either rock or rap
     
    I'll give most any kind of music a chance, but I draw the line at too much screaming guitars, screamed vocals, excplicit lyrics, and/or "music" that's actually just noise. (eg. the "song" is random notes or the same note held for 10 minutes)

    But my particular favorite genres:

    --Celtic (and music inflenced by it)
    --Pop/rock from the 80's/90's
    --Jazz
    --Some kinds of dance
    --Anime/game music
    --and many more
     
    Metal, although I'll listen to most things, from Jazz, to avant-garde, to classical, to Opera :D
     
    ^ Hahaha XD Country can be OK, but sometimes it gets so depressing :O It can make emo seem happy :O!
     
    Metal (normal singing type), but with violins.

    Only Nightwish has done it, and only once.
    It's inconvenient when what you like most is what the demand is least for.


    Otherwise —which means all the time— I go with video game music, it's made to fit a situation or mood rather than a genre, so in all it's generally better.

    Um...hillbilly? What type of country have you listened to, anyway? It's not all like that. Not all country songs are depressing, either. There are quite a few good songs that turn something that would sound depressing, into a very exciting song.
