Mine is Sheer Cold.

Fissure is cool, its like a mega earthquake but i cant see how someone can avoid something like that (unless there flying :P)

Anyways, I'll say that my favorite is Fissure. Even though it's not very accurate, it's cool looking.

And I guess this belongs here, right? My first thought was Pokemon Games but I guess this is the right spot.

Mega Horn isn't OHKO...it's the bug-type equivalent of Fire Blast or Hydro Pump, I think...

Anyway, I like Sheer Cold, being as it's t3h b3st 3var.

Megahorn is closer to Hydro Pump than Fire Blast, but it?s best known as bug?s saving grace. Anyways, Sheer Cold hits every type. Easy. And I do think this belongs in games. ^_^; *moved*

Guillotine by a mile! Its the only One hit KO move that works for me most of the time:P.
...Plus it makes that neat chop sound, lol.

I'd say guillotine too. i think my kingler in gold has it. my world history teacher brought a guillotine in one day (it was made of wood!) and he chopped up our pencils, a granola bar, and other stuff it was cool!

Sheer Cold is COOL IT is very effective, and sice it hits every type. It will be my favourite. I don't see anything good with Fissure, its just a one hit k.o version of earthquake and it can't hit flying pokemon. Guillotine is okay, but I will prefer Sheer ColD! *its winning..*
