Gen I: Pikachu and Eevee Gen II: Furret and Mareep Gen III: Kyogre Gen IV: Togekiss and Shaymin Gen V: Victini and Oshawott Gen VI: Fennekin Mega Evo: Altaria and Diancie
Gen 1 - Squirtle (My first ever Pokemon) and Pikachu.
Gen 2 - Pichu
Gen 3 - Gardevoir (My all time favourite Pokemon)
Gen 4 - Garchomp and Gallade
Gen 5 - Gothitelle and Whimsicott
Gen 6 - Fennekin line.
Farfetch'd is the king of gen 1, being my no.1 all time favourite here. Lovely concept based on a Japanese saying and a design that's more akin to cartoon characters than actual Pokemon, so I'm very partial to it.
Hoothoot takes the spot for gen 2, as I adore owls so naturally I'm pretty attached to it and Noctowl, but Hoothoot gets more points for being adorable.
Ludicolo is my pick for gen 3. It's a mexican pineapple duck/kappa.
Gen 4's winner is Munchlax. I've always been particularly fond of Snorlax, but something about Munchlax draws me to it more. Its design is just more appealing to me, the lovely little glutton.
Gen 5 is full of duds overall but I think I'll give it to Dwebble because it's a pretty brilliant concept, with the right execution on top which makes it stand out among its gen 5 peers.
Annnnnd gen 6's champion is Hawlucha! I completely dig Pokemon based on real life martial arts (as a matter of fact my next choices for gen 1, 2 and 3 are Hitmonchan, Hitmontop and Hariyama hah), and Hawlucha takes the belt for being a cool take on lucha libre. Super charming design that I fell for at first sight.
