    This includes out of all the TV Themes, movie soundtracks and Pickachu's Jukebox and Pokemon Karokemon. Been a big fan of dance music I like The Pokemon Dance Mix but another really good one that I heard Team Rocket sing in only 2 or 3 episodes was good that goes like this:

    You know us as Team Rocket and we fight for what is wrong,
    We're tired of our motto so we thought we'd make this song,
    Jessie, James, the speed of light, Mewoth that's right,
    I'm the handsome one, I'm the gorges one,
    We're gonna capture Pikachu, We're gonna do it soon,
    And when we do we'll be the new stars of this cartoon.

    I'm not sure the real name of it but I would like to know how many episodes that song actually appear in.

    I'm moving this over to Pokémon Anime, by the way, since it seems like you're referring to music related to that.
     
    My favorite none pokemon song that is in a pokemon movie, is probably Brother My Brother from the 1st movie when they are fighting.

    As for songs that are made just for pokemon, my favorite one is Lugia's Theme, tied with Friends Forever. I think that is what it is called, they play it when Misty, Brock, and Ash split ways at the end of Johto.

    My favorite theme is Sinnoh League Victors tied with Advanced Theme 1 and Born to be a Winner.

    Pokemon 3 is my favorite Pokemon movie and the opening battle with this song playing in the background was awesome. I watched this scene again recently and teared up with nostalgia from rewatching this movie as a kid all the time on DVD. xD
     
    Pokemon Black and Whites original theme is my favourite, that and maybe the original Johto one.
     
    Pokémon Johto theme song is my absolute favorite. It's just so catchy and makes your want to dance.

    It only appears in three episodes in the dub. It's called Team Rocket Forever and has a full version in Japanese, but it doesn't for English.

    The feeling I used to get from Pokemon & this song , I no longer feel that !
