I love Chikorita, hands down. I adore Chikorita!

Tough choice. The only starters I didn't really care for were the Hoenn starters, but it's a toss-up between Squirtle and Cyndaquil for me, especially since I enjoyed playing with their evolved forms just as much as their original forms. But I think I'm going to give my vote to Squirtle.

Chimchar and Cyndaquil, but my vote goes to Chimchar, simply because I've never played a Gen 2 game (apart from Shiny Gold). The reason is simple - they're the only two out of the whole bunch for which I like all three of the evolutionary stages.

Mine is a tie between Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Charmander. I love all of the GSC starters' evolutions, and Charmander is absolutely adorable. I have Chikorita the nod in this case, though, since Meganium is in my top 5 favourites for Pokemon.

I picked Torchic because its final evolution is freakin' Blaziken! My 2nd would be Treecko (Sceptile) then Charmander (Charizard).
