Favourite Flick 2010

Mine is The Illusioniste.

Though it's not out yet in North America.. it will be in December. ._. I've just had a chance to see it beforehand.

Since this involves movies, I'm gonna stick it over in Other Entertainment real quick.~

Hmm... I would say either The Hangover (was that this year?) If that wasn't this year, then I would say 'Grown Ups' (with Adam Sandler, etc.)

I will do a best and worst from out of all the ones I saw.

Best - Ironman 2
I know people complain how there wasn't as much action in this one as the original and how Whiplash was a horrible villain that dead in a couple seconds. The movie was about Tony coping with main things in his life and how he will over come his adverse situations he is in. Not to mention the badassery that is Iron. The special effects where amazing. Not to mention the scenes with Scarlett Jonhansson was better then seeing a battling/action scene(even though she was in some action scenes, it made it all the more better). To end it had SAMUEL L. JACKSON! Icing on the cake right there!

Worst - Robinhood
When I left the movies with my friends I said about the only thing Robinhood stole was my $8.00 that I paid to see the movie. I commented multiple times that this does not seem to go off the original story which is what I thought I was going to see. I was told it was a prequel none the less I was not impressed. I thought I would see more action out of the movie but that was not the case as the begging of the film lead me to believe. The story was alright but it seemed rather boring.

@Shawnee
The Hangover was 2009.

My favorite movies this year are:
-Despicable Me (it turned out better than I thought)
-The Karate Kid (because any movie involving Jackie Chan is epic in my book)
-Iron Man 2 (it's even better than the first one)

Toy Story 3. It's the only movie that came out this year that I can even bother to remember.

Predators.
Its now my second favorite Predator movie.

Worst: Alice in Wonderland

Johnny Depp was amazing in the part of the Mad Hatter.
He made that movie.

As far as the best movies I have seen this year. I'll do a top 3 for best and worst.

Best;
1. Saw VII
2. Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World
3. Inception

Worst;
1. Toy Story 3
2. Robin Hood
3. The Last Airbender

Saw VII, the completion of the Saw Saga. Unfortunately. Another exceptional film for me. I've loved the saga right from the first minute of the original SAW. Plus, Chester from Linkin Park was in it, and he's a pretty rad guy.

Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World was awesome. Hands down one of my favourite movies ever. Michael Cera is a genius 'nuff said.

Inception is probably Leos best ever performance. Great movie, with an even better mindf**k. I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.

Toy Story 3 was rubbish compared to 1 & 2. I waited 11 years for a 3rd movie and when I finally got it, it was crap. >_<

Robin Hood was pretty trash as well. Like someone said above, it wasn't impressive and it wasn't what I expected a RH movie to be. Especially compared to something like Kevin Costners performance in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.

And finally, The Last Airbender, I went to see it thinking it was going to be pretty great after watching the tv series from start to finish. In no way did the movie replicate or do any mild sort of justice to the series.
