Can never go wrong with Team Rocket GS base music. Probably the best of the Rocket Music next the Jessie and James intro

Any love here for the music in the gates between towns in X & Y? That's probably my favourite out of all the games. I wish those paths were longer, cos the music in them is so great, a bit electro-y.
 
There are a few

I love some of the songs from Pokémon Live, which may have been quite bad, still has some emotional pieces of music to it like:
I've got a secret - showing the emotional turmoil of certain characters trying to keep their feelings a secret.
Everything Changes - showing how it's not just Pokémon that change over time
Finally the show's rendition of My Best Friends (the 2.B.A edition is still awesome)

I also love the Japanese opening of XYZ, its upbeat, has a slightly rock feel to it but also has great sense of fun about it.
 
I really enjoy the G/S Team Rocket hidden-base as well as the battle theme. G/S had the most sound tracks. The original game was okay but really did not have that much music asides for Sliph Co. There might have been some but otherwise none. The N64 final Stadium game had that green field. It really was joyful. The mid-level 40s battle stadium.
