4th Gen Feebas legitimately catch with AR code in DPPt

    After spending a week, I find a way to catch a Feebas (easily) in DPPt (with AR code).
    Step 1: You add this cheat code to your game:

    Our rules generally don't allow for people to post how to do cheats, so I've removed the instructions from your post and have locked the thread. I know that you're probably just trying to help people given how much of a pain in the ass Feebas can be to find, but them's the rules.
