Feeling Check was a IR mini game in the generation five games that checked how "close" you are with the other person you're communicating with. There are two small games you play. Both of them involve you touching the touch screen. After you play these games, you'll get a rating on how "close" you two are. If you score high enough, you'll get the item known as a Sweet Heart. It's a healing item.
