Take a photo, or a 3DS screenshot of your character obtaining the item, or having the pokemon in your party with your own Player ID and post it here.

I would assume that since this event was posted in the Generation 2 forum, that they are allowed. Otherwise it would have made more sense for it to be in the Gen 4 forum.

As long as you can take a phone photograph - yup :) All we need is visual proof. Both VC copies and original copies count.
