Which pokemon has it & what does it do?

Well heres my Answer

1- Aura Sphere : It never miss and it better than Focus Blast. its The Best choice for Special Sweeper Lucario :D
2- Close Combat: Way better than Superpower cuz it doesnt Lower the ATK stat. its the Way how I fight in Real Life cuz i Fight Close without Guarding myself >.>
3- Reversal: It Becomes the Strongest Fighting Type move Packed with Base 200 Power when the Users HP is under 1/4. Its Really Awesome
4-Focus Punch: its Deadly but needed a Good Stragetic Pokemon to use it well. SubPunch-Lax Gets The use if it Well

He's actually amazing in RSE.

The ability you chose totally depends on the sort of role you want him to take...Staller go with Rain Dish..Otherwise, if want him to be more of a sweeper..Go with swift Swim.
