really? all the base stats of Tyrogue are 35 ? why dont you make it a Reversal Riolu VS. Ursaring ?

I tried Riolu in some Matches , its Deadly with its Reversal

It's just something in like the anime or something. Don't always make stuff in EVs.

If it's the anime,
I could see the big Ursaring trying to be a bully,
then the Tyrogue punches Ursaring's nuts,
Making the big & bad pokemon keel over & cry for mommy!

It's just a wierd gimmick...And even with a salac boost it's outsped by most things.

But yeah, Tyrouge would be all emo from that one episode in the anime, and then use its anger to kill Ursaring XD
