Day 14 - Favorite Josei Anime
Usagi Drop

TIL. Went through a list of josei again to see if i had seen any, and it turns out Usagi Drop is a Josei, so there's mine. Super high on the daww scale.

For the next section, feel free to list both if you feel like it.
 
Day 15 - Favorite hero/heroine

Hero
Lelouch from Code Geass. He's both the hero and the villain however, depending on how you look at it, but he's both 50/50 to me. That's the type of hero I personally am a fan of, and Lelouch has that style. If you seen the Anime you'd understand. The way he "destroyed and changed the world" was just amazing.


Heroine
Shana from Shakugan no Shana. I love her personally and she's just an awesome character all around. Need more heroine like her!
 
Day 15 - Favourite Hero / Heroine

Well. This is hard.. Let me see.
Possibly Ed Elrick or Roy Mustang from FMA as the hero as I cant think of anyone else and I'm trying to not use anything from Cowboy Bebop in this!! Also I just finished watching this series.. soooo... you know bias.

Heroine:
Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost In The Shell.
She is just awesome!

Day 15 - Favorite Hero/Heroine
I'm not good at picking favorites, but here I go :p

Hero: Akagi Shigeru (Akagi) for being awesome. The presence that he established in Akagi made me go on to read the entirety of Ten, which is a pseudo-sequel to Akagi.

Heroine: I've been reading through Sword Art Online a lot recently, so it'd probably be Asuna from there, since she's the one that counts as the heroine through the series as a whole.
 
Day 16 - Favorite villain

Yami Marik

The original Yugioh was great, mainly because it has one of my favorite villains of all time. He's just badass. How can you not like him?? He's always getting into & doing something very interesting and entertaining both.

I guess the main antagonist in Monster, I won't say his name as it's a bit of a spoiler but he was pretty amazing.
 
Day 15 - Favorite Hero/Heroine
Much as I love magical girls, there's something to be said about a badass girl who uses all manner of firearms and drives a classic muscle car. With these points in mind, my vote goes to Rally Vincent from Gunsmith Cats OVA.

Day 16 - Favorite villain
Bunbee from Yes! PreCure 5! This guy is awesome. He's a mid level corporate manager, and is terrifying as a boss, but you can see his desperation rise as his underlings are defeated and his superiors start getting annoyed with him. He strikes that balance between menacing and funny that few villains do. And he's awesome in his monster bee form, giving Pretty Cure all sorts of problems.

Day 05 - Anime you think had the best/most intriguing art

Gonna go with the Makoto Shinkai movies. I'm not a huge fan of the figures in them but the backgrounds more than make up for anything else. SO PRETTY. ;~;

Day 06 - Favorite AMV/MAD (don't watch them)

Day 07 - Most treasured anime-related merchandise

Umm, I'll avoid going on about Pokemon since I can't really claim I own that stuff because of the anime. I'm gonna go with the first few volumes of Cardcaptor Sakura. It doesn't sound like much, but that was my first subbed anime and the first anime I owned. I had to import it from the States and because the Canadian dollar was so crappy then (plus import tax + shipping + anime was already expensive at that time + only four episodes a disc), it would take all of my allowance from several months to get each volume. I got the first two, my best friend got the next two, and I still look over at them on my shelf and smile.

Day 08 - Favorite Action/Adventure

Okay, I'm putting Gurren Lagann here so that I can use the scifi category later. XD; I'm not a fan of mecha at all but since TTGL is a parody of the genre, I got into it really easily. I liked the characters and the scenarios and even the fight scenes! It was just so over the top and ridiculous that I couldn't help but love it.

Day 09 - Favorite Slice of Life

Can 5 Centimetres per Second count? If it can, that's my favourite. If I should be going with a series instead, my highest rated one seems to be Toradora which I apparently gave an 8 to but I don't look back on it fondly so. :(

Day 10 - Favorite SciFi/Mecha anime

steins;gate. n_n; I didn't like any of the characters the first time I saw an episode and the premise was just confusing. I also didn't really like a lot of the middle part but on the whole, I loved this series. I warmed up to pretty much everyone and now it's definitely one of my favourite series overall.

Day 11 - Favorite Shonen anime

Let's go with Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters. Shut up.

Day 12 - Favorite Shoujo anime

Cardcaptor Sakura, hands down.

Day 13 - Favorite Seinen anime

*looks up this term and the next one* "Mature", I guess? :/ Um, does Higurashi no Naku Koro ni fall under this category? I'm going to pretend it does because I'm not familliar with this definition at all and I don't care enough to figure it out for this question. XD

Day 14 - Favorite Josei anime (I am looking this one up and I honestly don't think I've seen anything typically categorized as this.)

Day 15 - Favorite hero/heroine

I think I'm gonna go with Kyon from Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Yeaaah he's not really the main character of the story, but I'd argue he's every bit a hero. It's thanks to him things don't go totally haywire, after all. He's absolutely hilarious and I love all of his snark.

Day 16 - Favorite villain

Light from Death Note. I honestly consider him the villain of the story so this totally counts. :D I really like characters like him.

Drosselmeyer (Princess Tutu) - Starts as the narrator, becomes the villain. He's great, and totally could represent Gen Urobuchi as a servant with his Reality Marble-type Noble Phantasm, Dead End Catharsis: Heaven & Hell Drop

Jinnai (El Hazard: The Magnificent World) as special mention for having the best laugh ever
 
Day 17 - Favorite Couple

Heroic Age couple, Age and Dhianeila

They are an absolutely perfect couple. I would love to have a sort of relationship similar to these couple. But it's all fantasy lol. Oh well. I just adore the special relationship these two have together a tons.

God Im becoming so bias with this based on animes I've recently watched. Ugh!
Though saying that a lot of the animes I do watch don't exactly have true relationships but a good one would be
Saber and Shiro from Fate/Stay Night
Oh oh oh and
Celty and Shinra in Durarara!! had a great relationship as well. That's probably one of my favourite relationships!
