Actually....
You start at lvl 1...
You can't have a silver sword....
and I'm not sure if you can be a Lord......you'd have to ask Oni Flygon...
The rules in the first post of this thread should tell you a lot.

No lords please... Unless you want to play as the following: Marth (cannot be promoted), Alm, Leaf, Sigurd, Celice, Roy, Eliwood... no Weapons with a level of B and above (Silver, Braves, Wind, Rune, Light, Killers)... and no stat raising items (DragonShields...etc)
